(You can read the English version in another article) 2022年1月からfreeeのグローバル開発チームでDesign Leadをしているはるたんです。1月からチームもプロダクトも話す言語も変わり、気付けば3ヶ月が過ぎてました。僕自身、グローバル開発を立ち上げたことがあるという方の話を聞いたことがなく、参考にできる情報も少ない中、毎日手探りでチーム運営をしています。この記事ではグローバル開発チームを立ち上げ時の想いや
